Due to the EntreCard acquisition by ZipRunner few days ago, EntreCard members now wait and see what’s going to be happened to the EntreCard network with the new management. Today i found the EntreCard front page layout and appearance is a little bit changed which means they are doing something. But the most important thing while waiting for the real changes coming to the EntreCard is to find an alternative for that.
After considering few things then i decided to give a shot to Adgitize. Actually Adgitize is not a new community network. It’s founded in the summer 2008 and i’ve seen many blogs use it. The only reason not to use it on my blog before is, i just don’t want to put to much banners on my blog. But this time i have to do it to test how is the impact to my blog.
Basically in Adgitize you can join as an affiliates, publishers or advertisers depends on what option you choose. But most people i’m sure join the network as publishers. The idea is similar to EntreCard but it’s more real and most likely will work better than EntreCard. Just to remind you, as a publishers there are few ways you can utilize to earn in Adgitize:
- Earn for Ad Views on your blog
- Earn for Page Views
- Earn for Blog Articles you write
- Earn while visiting Adgitize blogs
- You can also earn affiliate commission if you can refer people to join the Adgitize network.
- Besides you can also earn more points when you advertise on Adgitize.
Based on what i’ve seen recently, most of EntreCard members are also Adgitize member. You can get the benefit from this by dropping the EntreCard while visiting the Adgitize blogs. With this you will get two benefits at the same time.
A nice post on Adgitize blog few months ago explain a very loose guideline to predict your earnings.
If you are scoring 300 points to 500 points on a daily basis then you will see earnings from $15 to $35 a month. Publishers scoring 100 points to 299 points daily will see monthly earnings from $1 to $10 a month. If you are scoring less than 100 points a day your earnings will be less than $1 a month.
Now it’s been one day since i join Adgitize and so far the result is not bad. I earn 140 points for the first day. Referring to the calculation above you can predict my earning for this month, we’ll see. So, i would say if you are an EntreCard member or if you’re not, Join Adgitize Network is worth it.

It really depends on whether you advertise with them and whether you post on your blog on a daily basis. Posting has a huge impact on the number of points you will receive. If you advertise with them, then you don’t have to visit as many blogs and you get additional points for advertise.

@Plin, absolutely right! If you don’t have time to visit blogs on the Adgitize netowork, the best you can do is to post on daily basis..at least you will get 100 points from that..
